"Being able to find the flooring locally, here in Thunder Bay, that I first saw online was fantastic. Often when I see home renovation photos on Houzz.com or Pinterest I assume I won't be able to source the materials here in the city. I wasn't sure I would be able to find the "Naturally Weathered" Interface Carpet tile that I loved online. The customer service at M&P was fantastic: not only did you order in the sample carpet book and an actual carpet tile for me, they were ready for pick-up within 48 hours. The carpet tile looks exactly how i'd hoped it would. Thank you for all your help. I will certainly be using M&P Flooring for my future home renovation needs.

"We purchased flooring and had it installed about 2 years ago. Over this time we had a few problems with it. They did all they could do to make it right but we had to replace the flooring.
They came and removed the old floor and installed new flooring that we had picked out in 2 days. They couldn't have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend M & P Flooring to everyone. We would not have got this level of service and professionalism from a big box store. Thank you guys!

"We had to get our floors redone because of water damage and had a bit of a tight timeline due to an imminent baby. Anita and the crew were so helpful in assisting us to pick the perfect hardwood that was in stock. They went out of their way to schedule the big job so it could be done before our due date. Shawn and his guys did a great job installing the floor. The attention to detail and quality of the installation is top notch. We can't say enough good things about M&P.
